Ask anybody and they will tell you that Bombay Velvet had more than its share of flaws.
Now, we came across another blunder that Anurag Kashyap made.
Turns out, singer Arijit Singh had recorded a jazz number and shockingly, it never made it to the final cut.
The singer said, "I haven't done swing, big band jazz. I tried to do that in Bombay Velvet, but unfortunately that song did not come out."
Now, we all know how good music has often saved films from becoming complete washouts. And Bombay Velvet sure could have done with that.
At the same time, we wonder if Arijit is happy that his name is not attached to the Bombay Velvet debacle.
